		These model fishing smacks were crafted by Cherokee sailors, Carroll Sawyer (left) and Hartman Albury (right). Smacks like this were built in Cherokee by master builder Bennie Sawyer and were sailed around Abaco until the early 50's. Although no longer built here, their legend is still kept alive by these models, built to scale and finished with authentic detail. The smack on the left is $500 and the one on the right is $1,800.
